What we promise, and how we keep it
Promises are easy to write. These are built into the code and checked before every release.
- We only claim what the code guarantees. If a feature could send your data anywhere, it never wears a privacy badge.
- Nothing ships half-finished. Every update is tested for function, compatibility and security on Windows and Mac before it reaches you. We'd rather ship fewer things that work than many that almost do.
- You can see what changed. Every update comes with plain patch notes on our What's new page.
- You can leave with your data. Export what's yours and delete your account at any time from your account page.
- We listen. Ideas and problems you send us are read by a person and shape what we build next.
