Our hiring process
It usually takes two to four weeks. We'll tell you where you stand at every step.
- Apply. A person reads every application. No automated rejections.
- Intro call (30 minutes). We talk about the role, your experience and what you're looking for.
- Skills conversation. A practical discussion or a short exercise based on real work. Never more than a few hours, and never unpaid production work.
- Meet the team. Talk with the people you'd work with most.
- Offer. We share the full package and answer every question before you decide.
