Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. You may not use the Services to:

• Break the law, or help others break it, including fraud, scams, phishing and impersonation.
• Harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against people, or create content that sexualizes minors or promotes violence or self-harm.
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or generate deceptive reviews, endorsements or political disinformation.
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy, or process other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Upload malware, or probe, scan, overload or attack our systems or other users.
• Scrape, copy or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product or train AI models.
• Get around plan limits, rate limits, bot checks, student eligibility or other security measures, including by creating multiple accounts.
• Share your account, or use someone else's without permission.
• Use AI features in ways that violate the usage policies of our AI provider, Anthropic, or of any provider whose key you connect.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.
