Getting started

  1. Open the installer. On Windows, if you see "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, drag Simbo Scrub into Applications, then open it. If your Mac says it can't check the app, go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway. You only do this once.
  2. Sign in or create a free account. The same Simbo account works in every Simbo app.
  3. On a Mac, allow Full Disk Access for the full picture: System Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Full Disk Access, and turn on Simbo Scrub.
  4. Choose Scan my computer. Scrub sorts everything into your files, things worth a look, and junk that is safe to clear.
  5. Moving to a new computer? Install Scrub on both, sign in, and choose Transfer (Pro).

Updates are automatic

Simbo Scrub checks for new versions on its own and asks before restarting. Everything you set up stays as it was. See what's new.
