How to remove yourself from JudyRecords
JudyRecords is a site that republishes court records. You can ask it to hide or remove your information for free. It takes a few minutes, then JudyRecords says it can take up to 2 weeks to act.
Before you start
Find the page about your case on judyrecords.com and copy its link. If a court sealed or expunged the case, have a copy of the order ready.
Steps
- Go to judyrecords.com/info.
- Use the removal contact on that page. Include your full name as it appears, the case number, the court, the page link and your reason. Attach the order if the case was sealed or expunged.
Good to know
JudyRecords removes sealed or expunged cases when you send the order. Without one, removal is up to them.
This guide isn't legal advice. Your state's court website has official guides to sealing and expungement, and free legal aid can help.
