Canceling

Go to Plans & billing in your account and choose Manage billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to the free plan. You won't be charged again, and you keep your account and everything in it.

Refunds

  • First purchase: if you're not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan.
  • Yearly plans: after the first 14 days, ask within 30 days of a renewal and we'll refund the renewal in full.
  • Monthly plans: after the first 14 days, we don't refund partial months, but canceling stops future charges right away.
  • Our mistake: if you were charged in error, or a service you paid for was unavailable for an extended time, we'll make it right.

To ask for a refund, contact support from the email on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Your legal rights

If you live in the EEA or the UK, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because Simbo starts working immediately, you ask us to begin the service right away when you subscribe; if you withdraw within 14 days, we'll refund you (less any amount the law allows us to keep for the time you used). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under local consumer law.
